Delivery Manager (Project Manager)

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to help us achieve real impact by ensuring the delivery of our strategy via projects and interventions, and helping to shape delivery roadmaps and plans in line with the RSA’s Design for Life mission and objectives. This role will also support the development of a delivery community of practice.

This role is based at RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.

What we look for in a successful Delivery Manager candidate:

• ​Experience as a multi-disciplinary programme, delivery or project manager working in a UK and global context.
• ​Demonstrable experience of project management - leading large campaigns, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in the production of content and management of communication channels through teams in achieving outcomes.
• ​Significant experience in developing and maintaining project budgets and resourcing
• ​Highly collaborative, with great people and leadership skills, able to work with and get the best from team members from across disciplines.
• ​Demonstrable experience of resource scheduling and budget management.
• ​Aligned with the RSA’s core values
