Responsibilities
We’re seeking a new Director of Content and Communications to develop and implement a holistic communications and content strategy across all of our owned and earned communications channels. This role is critical to ensuring impactful and effective messaging and engagement about our new mission and work.
Job Requirements
Key attributes we’re seeking are:
- Demonstrable experience of working at a strategic and senior level in communications, marketing and digital roles.
- Experience of leading the development of a communications strategy to generate maximum impact.
- Strong track record in content development for a range of channels.
- Substantial experience of running multi-channel communications and engagement methods.
- Proficiency in brand management and building to ensure brand integrity and consistency and focus across all audience touchpoints.
- Experience of leading and developing high performing teams.
This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.
