The Email Marketing Officer, Member Retention is responsible for the creation, deployment and continuous update and optimisation of a new programme of email marketing campaigns. These campaigns will be targeted to data driven segments and will optimise automation capabilities in order to drive maximum engagement and retention of V&A members.They will work closely with the Retention & Loyalty Manager and the V&A Membership team, implementing their briefs and creating compelling and engaging email marketing campaigns showcasing V&A Member benefits and the wide-ranging portfolio of the V&A’s public programme and commercial offering. At the same time, they will be responsible for monitoring the overall performance of the programme through the measurement and reporting of email marketing and retention KPIs.
