We have an opportunity for an Employment Advisor to join the Northern Ireland National Centre team to provide advice, information and guidance to members, including lay representatives, on a wide range of matters relating to employment and membership of the union, by telephone, email and other correspondence received by or referred to the National Centre.

Knowledge of employment law or teachers’ terms and conditions is essential, together with a commitment to the values and ethos of Trade Unions, outstanding member care skills, and experience of providing telephone advice and guidance within a legal or employment context.
