It’s an exciting time to join the Trust as we work towards our vision to protect, create and restore the UK’s woodland. The Personal Assistant to our Chief Information Officer and Chief Financial Officer will be integral in driving this activity and ensuring successful delivery of priorities, projects and workflow through the departments.

Responsibilities

The role will work closely with the Senior Leadership team, wider departments and with other PA’s across the Trust to ensure smooth delivery and to ensure best practice is shared. This executive assistant role is responsible for ensuring monthly reports, meeting minutes, KPIs and other reports are collated and submitted to tight deadlines. Managing the day-to-day requirements of the CIO and CFO to include effective forward planning, diary and time management to ensure their demanding schedule is accurate and up to date, including coordinating and arranging travel plans will be a key part of this position.

Job Requirements

With significant experience providing Executive Leadership level support, you’ll have exceptional organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage your own time and workload. You’ll have experience managing a busy diary, including arranging virtual meetings via Teams and Zoom and be able to manage confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
As a confident communicator and effective problem solver, you’ll be flexible and be able to adapt to change quickly, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and achieve outcomes within timescales.
