Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Head of Fellowship Development and Services to help us achieve real impact by growing the RSA’s Fellowship (membership) and associated income. You will do so through effective leadership of the Fellowship recruitment and retention teams and ensuring an engaging and sticky Fellowship journey aligned with the organisation’s strategic aims and vision.  

This role is based from RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.

Job Requirements

What we look for in a successful Head of Fellowship Development and Services candidate:

  • Strong leadership and strategic planning ability to develop and deliver Fellowship (member) recruitment and retention, designed to grow and diversify the global fellowship.
  • Track record in partnerships building, fundraising and creative income generation.
  • Budgeting experience and demonstrable ability to efficiently monitor departmental costs, ensuring value for money is achieved on all expenditure, including identifying cost efficiencies.
  • Extensive understanding of and experience in managing the membership lifecycle and ability to implement techniques to improve customer experience including knowledge of segmentation and the implementation of personalised user journeys.
