Responsibilities

We are looking for an innovative and agile Qualifications Product Manager to lead on the development and maintenance of vocational qualifications and learning programmes, for a diverse range of audiences. Reporting to the Senior Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development of new, and review of existing, propositions in line with business and market needs.

As a key member of the Product Development Team, you will use customer, competitor and market insights to update products and propositions. You will also form successful and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders, working in partnership to deliver key organisational priorities.

  • Experience of curriculum design, specifically in relation to vocational qualifications and learning programmes
  • Experience of using customer insight to develop products / propositions
  • Project management expertise
  • Working knowledge of product development lifecycle
  • Experience of working in an Awarding Organisation
  • Experience of developing supporting resources
  • People management experience for managing external contractors
  • Ability to collaborate and exert influence at different levels and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
