Senior Delivery Manager (Senior Project Manager)

We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to help us achieve real impact by ensuring the delivery of our strategy and key projects through developing and maintaining delivery plans, resource schedules and budgets. This role will support the Head of Delivery in developing the delivery community of practice, as well as tracking KPI's and impact, embedding best practice and ensuring effective stakeholder management internally and with fellows, funders and partners.

This role is based at RSA House in London for at least three days per week, with hybrid flexibility for the remaining days.

What we look for in a successful Senior Delivery Manager candidate:

• Significant experience as a multi-disciplinary high budget programme, delivery or project manager working in a UK and global context.
• Previous experience of line managing people, including objective setting and supporting professional development, along with supporting more senior management to develop team/community expertise.
• Significant experience of project management - leading large campaigns, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams in the production of content and management of communication channels through teams in achieving outcomes.
• Highly collaborative, with great people and leadership skills, able to work with and get the best from team members from across disciplines.
• Aligned with the RSA’s core values.
